These terms govern your use of Warm Thread. By creating an account you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the service.
What Warm Thread does
You add your unique Warm Thread address to the recipients of client emails. Warm Thread records who was contacted and when, notices when a client has not replied for longer than your chosen threshold, and sends you a daily digest listing those clients — with an AI-generated follow-up draft available for each. Warm Thread never sends email on your behalf; you copy the draft and send it yourself.
Early version
Warm Thread is an early version, currently free to use. Features may change, and there is no uptime guarantee at this stage. We may introduce paid plans in the future; if we do, we will tell you before anything you use starts costing money.
Your account
You must be 18 or older and use Warm Thread for business purposes. Keep your password secure and your Warm Thread address reasonably private — anyone who knows it can add data to your account. You can rotate the address at any time in Settings.
Your responsibilities for the emails you send us
- You must be entitled to share the content of the emails you CC or BCC to Warm Thread, and you remain the data controller for the personal data of your clients contained in them.
- Do not send us special categories of data (for example health, biometric or political data), payment card numbers, or credentials. The service is not designed for them.
- Use Warm Thread only for legitimate business correspondence — not for unsolicited bulk email, harassment, or anything unlawful.
AI drafts
Drafts are suggestions generated by an AI model from the thread context. They can contain mistakes. You are responsible for reading, editing and deciding whether to send anything — nothing is sent automatically. You own what you send.
What we do not promise
Warm Thread is designed to reduce missed follow-ups; it cannot guarantee that you keep any client or that every reply is detected. In particular, when you BCC your address we cannot see your client's replies, so a client may be flagged as quiet after they have already answered — which is why every digest lets you correct it with one click. Email delivery depends on providers outside our control.
Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend or discontinue parts of the service. If we discontinue it entirely, we will give you reasonable notice and time to export or delete your data.
Termination
You can stop at any time and delete your account from Settings, which erases your data permanently. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or puts the service or other users at risk.
Liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost business, lost clients or lost profits. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or €100. Nothing here excludes liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, death or personal injury, or any rights you have that cannot legally be waived.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what we store and for how long. A Data Processing Agreement is available on request.
Governing law
These terms are governed by French law, and the courts of France have jurisdiction — without affecting any mandatory protections available to you in your country of residence.
